The internet has been left stunned over the staggering before-and-after transformation of a 60-year-old woman following a series of 'face rejuvenation' procedures, including a face and neck lift.

Dr Ramtin Kassir, who is based in New York, took to Instagram to share a short clip showcasing his work.

The plastic surgeon performed a full-face rejuvenation on the unnamed woman who had a youthful glow just four weeks post-op.

And viewers were mesmerized by the results as they gushed that the patient looked '30 years younger.'

In the clip, which was shared earlier this week, Dr Kassir began by showing his 779,000 followers the woman ahead of the surgery.

He drew attention to the patient's neck, cheeks and nose before then sharing the incredible overhaul. 

The woman was glowing four weeks post-op with her skin tighter and nose more rounded.

Dishing on the procedures, the expert surgeon said the patient underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, endoscopic brow lift and designer rhinoplasty.

She also had upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to her face, CO2 laser treatments and a lip lift.

Dr Kassir added a statement from the woman in the caption which read: 'I'm 60 and I don't look like how I feel. 

'I wanted a refreshed and rejuvenated look while still looking like myself.

I'm now four weeks post-op and I love how I look!! 

'Now I can go out and not think about my aged look rather live my LIFE!'

The surgeon himself added: 'Our amazing patient is 60 years young and disliked how tired and aged she looked.

'She wanted to look rejuvenated and feel good when she looks in the mirror. She is now four-weeks-post-op and is thrilled with her results!'

He continued: 'In the upcoming weeks/months the swelling will continue to go down and she will have great definition and contour. 

'She feels so much more confident and happy with her appearance.'

Many of his followers were floored by the huge results and joined in on the conversation in the comments as one person wrote: 'Omg! 30 years younger.'

Another added: 'Oh my God, can you put me on the calendar for tomorrow morning? Please and thank you!'

Someone else wrote: 'WOW!!! You are so so good Doc!!' 

A fourth person commented: 'This was a gorgeous woman before, but now she is absolutely stunning. Fantastic job.' 

'Oh my gosh! What a difference! She loves it, you can tell,' another said. 

One other agreed: 'She looks incredible. You took 20 years off. And she looks very happy!' 

Dozens of other users were sold on the procedures and wanted to get some work done themselves.
