General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has changed tremendously since he’s been out of prison. His outbursts and negative attitude have not only Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) concerned, but Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) as well.

Drew and Carly recently confronted Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) on his role in helping Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) cover up her SEC secret.

Michael explained he was blackmailing her, and he believed he could do more good than harm by limiting Nina’s access to his family. Plus, he reasoned that his father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was so happy.

He didn’t want to place a damper on the high wave his dad was riding.

Once Michael explained himself, Carly softened; however, Drew went on a rampage. Drew was irate at the fact that Michael put his father before him.

After all, Michael and Drew aren’t only friends and business partners, but they too are family.

Drew stormed off, allowing Carly to talk to her son one-on-one, but Michael and Drew still have to clear the air.

After the fact, Drew met up with Carly at Charlie’s and made it clear that most of his anger lies more with Nina, but he still needs to have a chat with Michael.

Could things get ugly when the two eventually face off, without Carly around? Drew will start to increasingly get frustrated with his girlfriend.

After all, he wants revenge on Nina, while she just wants peace.

Drew has vowed to get vengeance on Nina, despite Carly’s reservations, and when he does, the two could clash about it.

If Darly ends things on a sour note, and Michael enters Drew’s orbit shortly after the fact, he may take it out on him.

If the topic of revenge on Nina comes up, Drew could reason to Michael that Carly doesn’t want revenge because she didn’t suffer the same experience he had after the insider trading charges blew up.

After all, Drew threw himself under the bus to protect Carly and took that prison time, which resulted in an attack that almost cost him his life.

Not to mention the time he lost with his only living child, Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante). Meanwhile, Carly may have lost a little money, but she also was gifted Kelly’s/Bobbie’s.

Drew may reason to Michael that of course, Carly doesn’t want revenge, and why would she? She didn’t suffer half as much as he did!

This pent-up aggression Drew has for Carly’s unwillingness to help him get revenge on Nina could mean Michael ends up paying the price.

Drew and Michael could get into it, and if Michael defends his actions and his mom’s, Drew may lose patience.

Could he punch Michael? Could he attack him? This move might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back where Drew and Carly are concerned.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Darly’s days are numbered, and attacking Michael could be the action that blows this romance out to smithereens.
