Nikolas (Adam Huss) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) hashed things out, and Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) got probation. Ava (Maura West) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) talked at the courthouse. Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) had a heart-to-heart, while Nina (Cynthia Watros) made some kind of deal with Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Adam (Joshua Benard) mixed pills and alcohol so Joss (Courtney Fulk) called an ambulance, and kept trying to find a way to see Sonny’s wishes through.
There is no extended recap due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

Spencer gave his baby brother to his father to save him from Esme, and Trina (Tabyana Ali) broke the news to Esme that Spencer was joining her in Paris. Joss was there for Adam at the hospital, meanwhile, Sonny stopped Dex (Evan Hofer) from killing Cyrus, and later confronted Nina about getting his enemy to drop the charges against him.

Spencer blackmailed Esme to keep her from turning him and Nikolas in for kidnapping Ace. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had it out with Nina, and Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) learned that Michael (Chad Duell) kept Nina’s SEC secret.
Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Ned (Wally Kurth) schemed for ELQ, and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) got the visiting doctor to listen to her and Finn (Michael Easton). .

Jordan (Tanisha Harper) was kidnapped in an alley. Meanwhile, Drew ended up talking with Anna (Finola Hughes), and they realized they had a lot in common. Michael was forgiven by his mom but not by his wife. Additionally, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and possibly pregnant Kristina had some things to work out. .

Esme went to Ava for help and revealed that she’s turned to Cyrus. Joss told Adam’s father that he tried to kill himself.
Pushed by Cyrus, Spencer confessed to Laura about Ace, who was mortified. Sam and Carly compared notes about Drew. Drew threatened the entire Crimson staff if she didn’t depart so she did and he replaced her with Carly.
Coming up, Anna is worried about her friend, though one would think she’d know that Jordan can handle herself. To that end, look for Jordan to enlist Brick’s help. But, isn’t Brick Sonny’s guy? What’s he doing helping the deputy mayor?
Speaking of the mayor, Laura meets with Dante to discuss the situation with Ace. In a strange turn of events, Heather will be opening up to Laura.
