Fans Were Impressed with Bridget Moynahan’s New Kids on the Block Blouse.

On March 20, 2022, Donnie Wahlberg shared a video on featuring a dress rehearsal for a Reagan family Sunday dinner on the ‘Blue Bloods’ set.

Co-star Bridget Moynahan, who plays Erin Reagan, wore a New Kids on the Block tee, playfully dancing for the camera.

The video also captured Tom Selleck (Frank Reagan) looking amused nearby, with AC/DC music replacing the original audio. Wahlberg’s caption expressed the epic moment of Moynahan sporting the NKOTB shirt. Fans loved the behind-the-scenes fun, especially Moynahan’s support for Wahlberg’s band. Wahlberg Has Previously Made Nods to New Kids on the Block on ‘Blue Bloods’

Bridget Moynahan is not the only “Blue Bloods” cast member to make a major New Kids on the Block reference, however the tee-shirt is unlikely to be featured on the show itself.

While playing Danny, Donnie Wahlberg occasionally slips dialogue about his boy band history into the series scripts.

“In the first season, I subtly incorporated New Kids On The Block song titles in every episode. I would casually say phrases like ‘Hang Tough,’ ‘Call It What You Want,’ and ‘Step by Step’ to Bridget’s character.
