Could one be better than the other? That’s what a lot of General Hospital fans can’t help but wonder as many have expressed just how much they love seeing Courtney Fulk play Josslyn Jacks. As many fans know by now, Eden McCoy has stepped away from the soap to take some much needed time off after the death of her mother. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Simply put, fans are loving Courtney Fulk as Joss so much that they think she should be given a spot on the soap. While fans also love Eden McCoy as well, they think that Courtney could easily continue to play the character or be given a brand new role in Port Charles.
It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “She’s a breath of fresh air in the part. Someone else has been influenced by those around them and that’s all I’m saying,” along with, “I like temp Joss better sorry. She is making me like Joss because she has a softer energy. She has good chemistry with everyone. Hope they can make a new role for her. I love the way she plays Joss. It’s not always the writing, and this just proves it.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Well, yea, we kinda get attached to characters and, by extension, the actors that play them, especially if they’ve been playing the part forever. I don’t usually like recasts or temps but I appreciate the work tempJoss has put in.”
So far the producers of the show have made no comments about whether or not Courtney has a place on the show. But seeing how Eden McCoy will come back to General Hospital, Courtney’s run will end very soon. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
