The "Firework" singer and the actor have been living a teenage dream since they began dating in 2016, attending red carpet events and traveling the world together. But the enjoyed their biggest adventure yet when they welcomed their daughter, . 

Perry, who turned 39 on Oct. 25, admitted that her Friday nights look a lot different .

"I got to drop my daughter off at preschool this morning," the judge told in August detailing the packed schedule that came with her Las Vegas residency. "I'll come home tonight and I'll still have, like, hair and makeup done, and I'll probably be in some form of robe and lipstick everywhere.

I'll be just cutting some olives, cutting some grapes."

But it's those seemingly mundane motherhood moments that have meant the most to the pop star, who hasn't released a new album since came out the same week Daisy was born. 

"I'm writing a lot and have written a lot from a place of love, because I'm feeling so much of it—so much unconditional love, that love you never knew existed," she explained on . "What's really important to me is to be celebrating the world that I've got to build with all of these wonderful songs and to be responsible for a life for a 3-year-old."
