And Biggest Loser Australia star flaunted her six-pack abs in a bikini during her trip to Bali this past week. 

Sharing a reel of photos to Instagram on Monday, the celebrity trainer was all smiles as she posed up a storm during her tropical getaway.  

'Bali 23/24… it’s giving self-care, nourishment and movement,' she wrote in the caption of her happy post.

The Australian influencer is known online for posting fitness content and helping women to feel happier and healthier in their bodies. 

She often flaunted her toned physique on social media, but after having a baby and putting on weight she said she felt like 'a fraud'.

However, she recently said she's not going to feel guilty for her changing body, and is helping other mothers feel comfortable in their new skin. 

Despite enjoying her much-needed vacation, Tiffiny didn't let the time off keep her away from the gym as she also shared several photos of herself in workout clothes

Speaking candidly on her Bouncing Forward podcast, Tiffiny said: 'I had . 

'And when Ed (my husband) walked in I felt like a fraud, like people wouldn't trust me because I put on so much weight, that I didn't look like a fitness trainer any more. 

'I felt the pressure to bounce back and I felt overwhelmed. And he replied, "You've never looked more beautiful," and his words changed everything for me in that moment.'

Tiffiny She welcomed a son, Arnold, in 2017, and gave birth to a baby girl called Vada in May 2022.
