One neighborhood watchdog has taken his skills to the next level by getting crafty with where he spies.
In a January 17 shared to the account @loki_vizsla, a decided the best plan of action to fully perform his duty as the neighborhood watch was to use the cat flap on the door. He was making do with the resources already available.
The dog comfortably took his spot on the floor and cozied up to the cat flap, poking out his snoot and up to his eyes. He needed to see, but couldn't be noticed by passersby, which is why he only put part of his body outside. He was trying to go full stealth mode.
The video on the text reads: "I'm so thankful my humans put this spy hole in for me.

This vizsla named Loki was only focused on his job. He did not even realize the "spy hole" was not originally for this purpose, nor did he notice the owner standing behind him filming. That just shows how dedicated he is in this line of work, which, of course, deserves a treat raise.

Loki's laser focus shouldn't come as a surprise, since the vizsla breed is known to be reliable watchdogs. These dogs are loving, gentle, friendly and affectionate. But underneath their teddy-bear-like features, the strong bond they form with their family can make them naturally protective.
