You won't spend a full month dedicated to nothing but your pecs, however—the plan is divided into a split (along with one additional optional day dedicated to bodyweight moves and mobility), so you won't fall into muscle imbalance as you pump through bench press reps.
Each training session should take about an hour, so you won't be forced to take up residency in the gym to achieve your goal.
